Come and join us to find out more, discuss, and contribute to the debate about the changes that are being introduced to social care and mental health services in Cumbria.

What’s on offer on the day?

This event is a partnership between Cumbria Mental Health Group and South Lakeland Mind, which will explore the different social care services available in Cumbria.

You will also have a chance to find out who these services are for, and what changes there may be in the future.

We will also look how services are increasingly focusing on mental wellbeing and exploring what this means.

Guest speakers will outline current government policy and how this will shape services locally. Professor John Ashton, Director of Public Health will be our key speaker, who will share Cumbria’s vision for the future of mental health and wellbeing in the county.
There will be small group workshops to enable everyone to take part and have their say.
